It’s amazing the effort, resources and how many different angles, power status careers, possessions and otherwise people use to show themselves worthy of respect, appreciation and to be liked, yet the sorted results they receive - Often spending a lifetime trying. Yet regardless of social status what most impresses people, and what they really want in their hearts is quite simple; To be shown simple kindness, respect, empathy, sincerity, humility, and generosity etc. It’s ironic, but practicing such qualities of our higher-nature and greater-selves' naturally open up opportunities for oneself that would never avail themselves otherwise - In other words, by being in our higher and greater selves we not only serve our own best interests, but others as well, thereby achieving a harmonious balance while enhancing greatly one’s self-esteem, well- being, success and fulfillment in all aspects of life ( ... and beyond ). - bk Unfolding the Ageless Truths and Wonders Time is precious, yet truth is more precious . . . for truth can not only unlock the mysteries of time but of the cosmos. Two bodies of laws govern the universe. Those commonly known as the laws of nature as determined by science, and those largely beyond the grasp of the mind referred to in physics as the sub-atomic or quantum realm, believed by some to interface the spiritual, creating in effect two "worlds" or a fourth dimension. With everything to gain and nothing to lose: To apprehend, liberate and elevate oneself from the baser laws of nature into the over-arching laws of the finer spheres one must transcend the mind. This can be realized without great difficulty from a natural attraction, upon realizing the comprehensive benefits not only to oneself but all things, through the heart by purifying one’s motives ... or simply cultivating an affinity for all things . . . not as difficult as it may seem when realizing their shared commonality, finer essence and wondrous potential. Falling in love with love; Comprehensive inclusive compassion tempered and guided by wisdom ... still the most important lesson and universal answer, ultimately decisive, and victorious. - brad kalita What makes the world/universe work best as a whole is open-mindedness, tolerance, give and take ... balance, rather than extremism. Millions praise/love God, but what's decisive is why: Because of their celebrity status, awe of power and as an insurance policy from an exclusive ability to grant eternal life (as if God doesn't perceive one's primary motives). Many, or most religious would come under the above, and sadly why if Jesus returned he'd be met largely with indifference or re-crucified for disturbing the status quo, and philosophies/perspectives such as goodness for its own sake without expectation of reward, whose bounties can only be perceived deep within the heart through open minded self-honesty and purification of motive, have few subscribers. Many would state they worship because he is God, which could turn out to be a highly evolved alien who loves to be worshipped. So what is it the truly sincere love? "His" benevolent harmonious qualities, such as compassion, kindness, wisdom, and sacrifice. Therefore it's the qualities that are of greatest value, thus placing what is of most value in proper order ... although this should not diminish our love/respect for such an entity assuming their existence, which cannot realistically be ascertained subject over the ages to exploitation, deletion, alteration or misinterpretation, but we can aspiring to their benevolent qualities for there own intrinsic innate value, thereby capture the comprehensive finer spirit and purifying essence of the divine transcending faith, religion, salvation from sacrificial debt or fear of being discarded ... lest we forget Jesus's declaration: "For ye shall do even greater things", "the truth written in your hearts", "the kingdom of God/heaven (or dimension?) at hand ". Surely a God/Great Spirit of true compassion and purity would place aspiring to such qualities above all else, including being worshipped, demonstrative sacrificial acts, or "required" technicalities. - bk Go Gently ...
